No. Our services are offered at no cost to job seekers. We are here to help candidates with resume building, interview tips, and job searching. It is our job to work with you and to place you with some of the area’s most respected companies at no cost.

All employees are paid weekly. Pay schedules vary by client. Deposits are received every Friday. If you are a direct hire, you will be paid in accordance with the client’s payroll procedure.

Not every job is going to be the right fit for you. Sometimes it takes trying a position to realize that. If you are on an assignment and it’s not working, please contact us immediately. Our first question is going to be – did you talk to your supervisor or HR about another position? We would you like you to resolve any issues BEFORE asking for a new assignment. We also ask that you stay on that assignment long enough for us to find a replacement for you. We will try to remedy the situation as quickly as we can. Remember to stay in contact with your recruiter.

We offer temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire employment opportunities in a wide range of industries. Browse our careers page to see up-to-date openings. Sometimes positions fill quickly. Sometimes your resume is not a match for our client’s needs. Don’t let that stop you from job searching. New jobs are posted weekly.

All applications must be completed in office. After filling out an application, all candidates will have a thorough interview with a recruiter. An interview helps our recruiters match you to clients that are seeking your skills and work experience. If your skills and experience match a job opening, there will be client specific screenings and an orientation after a job offer has been made.

The length of an assignment varies by client. After 90 days, employees are eligible to be hired on. Make sure that your recruiters know if you are looking for temporary, summer, or temp-to-hire opportunities. We make sure the jobs offered to you match your career goals.

We understand that not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a job offer, it is okay to decline it. We will continue to offer you positions that match your skills and goals.
